Come experience the history, flora and fauna of Lithia park in a guided tour led by knowledgeable and passionate volunteers.

Walks run every Saturday and Sunday morning at 10:00am, May through September. Sunday walks begin July 5.

Walks last 90 minutes, are FREE of charge, and are open to locals and visitors alike. Please meet your guide at the front entrance of Lithia Park across from the Plaza.

This program has been running since 1989, and is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in Ashland’s crown jewel.

Hear ye, hear ye! All gentles and fair folk are cordially invited to partake in the inaugural Wonder Woods Ren Faire! A most enchanting gathering awaits, brimming with whimsy, history, and merriment. This wondrous occasion shall unfold at the splendid Edenvale Winery in fair Medford, Oregon, upon the days of September 19th and 20th in the year 2026. Saturday 10am-8pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm.

Prepare thyself for a grand array of merchants peddling themed wares, delectable eats and libations to delight the senses, and a plethora of performances and demonstrations to beguile the mind throughout the day. Bring forth thy finest garb and immerse thyself in the enchantment of the Wonder Woods Ren Faire!

Art About Agriculture encourages artists to investigate the visual resources of the science and practice that sustains human life: agriculture. It strives to develop an understanding and appreciation of food and fiber production, especially among people not traditionally acquainted with agriculture.

Art About Agriculture was established in 1983 as the first annual arts competition and tour exhibit with an agricultural theme. It recognizes professional and emerging Pacific Northwest artists, creates a growing, dynamic, permanent collection of fine art based on, stimulated by, and portraying agriculture, and presents the permanent collection and tour exhibit to rural and urban audiences. The collection is exhibited by loan agreement throughout Oregon and other parts of the Pacific Northwest.

In keeping with Southern Oregon Historical Society's tradition of presenting super-fun, free annual events, the Society invites you to attend the annual "Scarecrow & Harvest Festival," September 19th and 20th at SOHS Hanley Farm. This is the 15th year the Farm is hosting this wildly popular festival!

Join us, make a scarecrow to protect your home and fields from the "ghosties & ghoulies" that invade your gardens this time of the year!

Dual-resident painter and San Francisco Art Institute alum Patricia Schaefer- Robbins will debut a concurrent solo exhibitions at Nous Restaurant.

The exhibition brings a unique global perspective to Ashland’s art scene. Splitting time between
studios in Ashland and London, England, Schaefer-Robbins uses oil and acrylic to weave together
botanical themes, still life, pagan traditions, and ancient lore.

At Nous Restaurant, visitors will get an exclusive look at mythical and ritualistic works, including
"Offering," and pieces from an ambitious new series of larger-scale panels exploring goddess
mythology, such as "Court of the Autumn Equinox" and "Song of the Green Woods."

The Victorian Era was a time when doctors still lacked formal medical education; hospitals were virtually non-existent; germs were unknown; “quacks” peddled “cure-alls”; and narcotics, opiates, alcohol, and poisons were the base of most medicines. From 12n through 3pm costumed docents will lead 1-hour tours at the 1870s Beekman House Museum, discussing the local health care available in the late 1800s, sharing stories of Beekman family health issues and “cures,” and pointing out sanitation measures the family adopted. Although the Beekmans were one of Southern Oregon’s wealthiest and most prominent pioneer families, fame and fortune could not buy health care that did not exist or insulate the family from the many epidemics that raged throughout the country.

American Legion Grants Pass Post 28 located at 206 NW F St @ 5th St, is having 9-Ball Tournaments every Sunday, starting May 10, at 1:00pm. Standard rules, with a $5.00 buy in for 5 rounds.
